Vegan Chili Bowl!
After I created this blog, I decided to begin my something new at once. I got up, cleaned the kitchen, and proceeded to cook. Ingredients are as follows (they can be altered, as I change my recipes ALL the time):
Boil the water. Once the water is boiled, pour the water on the cup of TVP and let sit for 5 minutes. This is so that the TVP can expand and creates a ground beef sort of texture. Chop the vegetables to your liking. Pour everything, including the flaxseed, into a pot. Turn the heat to medium. Add the spices however you please. Depending on your toleration of spicyness, be careful of how much cayenne pepper you add. Mix all of the ingredients. Turn the heat on low, cover the pot, and let simmer for an hour. As I said before, you may alter the ingredients to your liking, add or take away vegetables of your choice, but most importantly…enjoy.
