Yesterday you said tomorrow.

Today

Today was a very good day.

I ate well.  Breakfast = Japanese Chai Noodles from Jumbo with soy sauce @12.  Lunch = Vegetarian Mushroom sandwich and crips from Potbelly’s.  Supper = 3 spring rolls and the rest of the bok choy and red cabbage with ginger sauce.  All of these meals had water to go along with them.

But the best thing about today was that I got to hang out with Steph from 1pm to 10pm.  We went to downtown D.C. and visited the National American History Museum and walked around and ate at Potbelly’s.  Then came back home to my place and watched the ending of The Notebook.  It was a great day.  Really great.  He makes me feel euphoric.  He makes me tingle.  He makes me feel electric.
