Yesterday..or Day 13 ended up being a bust.
Yet it helped me to realize, fattening foods do not make me happy. They do not comfort me. They do absolutely nothing positive for me, and if so, it is very short-lived. What they do do for me is they make me feel bloated, as if I am about to retch, sluggish, and horrible about my self-image. I do not need all that negativety in my life. I do not need fattening foods in my life. I can make my own treats for half the calories and more of the delight. Today is Wednesday, and Today I shall reclaim my life.
