Deff doing this tomorrow; I’ll just add it to my already planned Ab workout. This should be interesting. Mm.

Muffin Topless

I hate training my abs. I hate the feeling, I hate the process… it stinks. (Ok, maybe hate is too strong a word.. but dislike works just fine!) However… I do it nonetheless, because it’s a challenge for me. I feel accomplished when I’ve been able to achieve something I didn’t really want to do or think I could get through. It might be weird… but at least I’m honest…. =)

Keep in mind that while you can of course, strengthen and improve your abs in the gym… you won’t know what you’re workin’ with until you get your body fat low enough to see them! That’s where the phrase “abs are made in the kitchen” comes into play. If you aren’t eating right, you won’t be seeing your abs anytime soon! No, that doesn’t mean you need to starve yourself.. it simply means you need to eat…
