Bread, #2 (wholesome bread)

We have a baker in our midst.

Yes we do.  I never used to bake, or rather, I was never good at baking.  This summer, it is as if that sentence never existed. I’m a culinary genius!

I made Real Whole Wheat Bread (my recipe here), and it came out wonderful!  My mum said it tasted like sourdough and the texture was perfect.  Paired with avocado, chopped asparagus, steamed broccoli, and tomato slices, it made a wonderful supper.  Yum.

Pfft, who buys bread at grocery markets anymore?
