For the first time this year, second day of the year might I add, I stopped myself from overeating.
I ate supper already: one thing of ramen noodles without the failing-health ridden sodium packet and with my lentil bean soup that I made Dec. 31st and soy sauce. The lentil bean soup contained: red cabbage, celery, mushrooms, carrots, onions, garlic, tomato, water, haleem, and of course, lentils. Delish(:
But yes, I was washing dishes, then poured water into a pot for boil so that I could slop up some more ramen and soy sauce, but before I turned on the oventop, my tummy said, “STOP” “You’re not hungry.” Pwhoaa! Amaze-balls. Thank you, thank you -bows&&curtsies-
