So I did exercise; no I did not exercise at 5:00pm like I said.

However, the fact that I did legitimately work out and it wasn’t poorly done counts for everything.  My workout was as follows:

  • 25 seconds plank
  • 30 seconds bicycle
  • 3 x 10 sets verticle crunches
  • 3 x 10 sets reverse crunches

And for the Pièce de résistance: Taebo Flex with Billy Blanks, which is 45 minutes worth of fat-blasting sweat!  My exercise time totalled to 52 minutes.  I am very happy about this because I did not feel like working out. I was fine with the first four items on my exercise list but I soo was not looking forward to Taebo Flex.  Yes, it is one of my favorites – I know that.  But when you’re fat and you haven’t been exercising properly or eating properly for the last seven days, all of that goes out the window.  Seriously.  You just have to just do it. Yes I advertise NIKE.
