Yesterday you said tomorrow.

Breakfast was so good; it actually makes me want to exercise!

I woke around 8:30am.  I already knew what I was going to eat – I planned it in my head as I fell asleep.  All about those pre-planned meals(;  The one thing about living in a flat with your mum, specifically when her room is adjacent to the kitchen, is cooking timing is key.   She is very irritable when I’m cooking, and she doesn’t want me cooking.  At 8:30am, she is asleep, and I do not wish to be the one to wake her.  So I just grab some water and some pineapple from the fridge so I can snack until the opportune time arrives. Thinking of the upcoming meal is enough to keep me for a bit.

10am rolls around…10:30am rolls around, I decide, it’s time to eat before I ruin my metabolism, she should wake soon anyway.  I bought – for the first time – Natural Peanut Butter yesterday, $2.79 for the Giant brand.  It tastes great!  I decided to remix the Cinnamon Glazed Banana Recipe today.

Breakfast (At 10:55am): Cinnamon Glazed Banana w/

  • .25 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp. Natural PB
  • 1 tbsp. coconut flakes
  • chia seeds
  • sesame seeds
  • cinnamon

Along side this lovely meal, I had .5 cup of Almond Breeze chocolate almond milk and drank it through a straw. (Pictures to come)\

Snack #1 (2:20pm): carrot sticks, celery sticks, popcorn

Snack #2 (4-5pm): 2 raw brownie balls, .5 cup chocolate almond milk, carrot sticks, and water

You see, I was anticipating my sister coming to the flat today.  I wanted to feed her the delicious Burrito I had yesterday.  I thought the Burrito would be my lunch, so I kept holding out my stomach bit by bit.  She got over here later than expected :/ Thus my brain was confused as I ate.  “Supper?” It would ask me. “I think so.” Was my reply.

Supper ? (At 6:45pm): Roasted Veggie and Black Bean Burrito w/avocado and salsa, water, and sauteed mushrooms

Dessert (At 8:25pm): 1 raw brownie ball, .5 tbsp. Natural PB, 1 prune, water

The end.
