Yesterday you said tomorrow.
Tomorrow, it would be a week since I began my journey, and I’m feeling great!
Mm, breakfast. So very good was breakfast.

Today is give my abs a rest day. They’ve been working so hard; I’m proud. BAH! I just checked the schedule for which I have been following, and it said today was “Rest Day.” But I don’t want to rest today. And I won’t! Eat that, schedule. I guess I’ll just pop in a Taebo dvd for today’s workout. I’ll tell you which one later.
Yeah, that should be fine, because Wednesday was supposed to be Cardio Day, but I didn’t do anything that day (technically I hadn’t begun to follow that schedule) so I’ll just do Cardio Day today. Okay, guys, today is Cardio Day. Billy Blanks, welcome me with open arms.
Turns out, I felt too unwell to exercise and life was too hectic. Long day at work ending with me feeling light headed, woozy, dizzy, twitchy-eyed..I didn’t think it would be wise for me to exercise in that condition. Also greatly lacking sleep..yeah, I finally crashed (and burned).
Note to readers: If you feel the aforementioned symptoms (especially if it stems from lack of sleep), I personally suggest that you do not exercise or do not over exert yourself when you exercise while feeling this way. Proper sleep is crucial to weight-loss and healthy living, don’t play with it. (I am no doctor, dietician, etc. These are simply my personal opinions and preferences)
Because life was so hectic and tiring and confusing, my meals were as well. Hmm, so let’s see. After breakfast, comes Snack #1 (At 1:35pm):
Lunch (At 4:30pm): Steamed broccoli and green beasn, baked mushroom and okra
Unsure what to call this – Snack #2? Supper? (between the times of 6pm to 10:30pm):
No exercise today. So sad (legitimately). Sigh
