This is the first time this year that I have blogged on this particular page – meagainstmyself.

 

The first time in a long time.

Here is what I ate today, the first day of 2013:

Breakfast:

3/4 cup oat(meal) with brown sugar, cinnamon, and raisins

Snack:

Soy peach yogourt

Supper:

Northern Bean Soup with celery, onions, tomato, more tomato, and water, BBQ crisps, Ritz crackers, Peppermint tea
