Yesterday you said tomorrow.

Faith in ACTION.

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles.  And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the Pioneer and Perfecter of faith.” -Hebrews 12:1-2

You know how, when things go public, it is hard to not go through with it.  Whether it be, getting married: you better save those dates, you better meet me at that alter, or saying your pregnant: you better be pregnant, and if not, let’s try again before anyone notices.  Oh, and if you elope: you better had actually eloped and not just said you did when you didn’t? Who does these things?

What I am trying to say is: this blog is me going public.  This time is not just an over-the-shoulder-boulder-be-back-in-a-jiffy-skippy (Peanut Butter) this time.  This this time is the beginning of the rest of my life. [Bytheweigh, I have no idea what that was: overtheshoulderblah blah.  I think I was making a reference to..eating alot..of Skippys.  Which I did by the weigh.  Or was it Jiff?  Probably both.  Either way, both are filled with sugar and partially hydrogenated oil. Bad stuff.  It’s all about that Natural Peanut Butter.  Ingredients: Peanuts, salt.  You can go just Peanuts if you want.  More power to you.  And it doesn’t matter if it’s Giant brand, or Smuckers, whatever, I have to say that I am quite pleased with my $2.79 Giants Natural PB. Quite.] All this talk about PB, and I have forgotten what I wanted to say. Hmm.

Oh yes. Going public.  This is my paparrazzi…and I don’t want to look bad for the camera.  It catches you from every angle.  Today I ate too much..popcorn.  This evening I wrote in my journal that..actually, let me get it for you and read it:

Future note, you cannot and will not have more than 4 tbsp. popcorn kernels per day.  Nor will you have it every day.  That is all.

And that was all she wrote, verbatim.  If there are changes or significant things that occur, I write it in the bottom of the days food/exercise journal page.  It helps.

But seriously, tonight’s popcorn consumption was r.i.d.i.c.u.l.o.u.s.  I shan’t go into detail.  Sure, it is a low cal snack if you make it at home and don’t add buckets of salt and butter.  But too much of a good things is always a bad thing.  Unless it is God-Jesus-Holy Spirit, never bad.  As well, it is 11:30pm, and I have yet to do today’s exercise: Cardio X (P90X).  Yes, I have P90X, no I didn’t get through it all, only made it to week 2, but that was before, when I was having a “this time” moment.  I do plan on beginning and finishing P90X at some point in my life, but not right now.  That isn’t my goal right now.  Tonight I’m just using the Cardio X DVD because today is Cardio Day, and what better then a butt-busting video where I must listen to Tony talk and talk and talk.  That guy talks quite a bit.  I just mute it and put on some music.  Ahh, much better.

If I don’t blog on this page for a bit at a time, it’s not because I don’t want to or I am messing up my healthy lifestyle and too ashamed to tell you or wish for you to bite your nails in anticipation.  I am simply busy, and trying to busy myself away from a computer screen.  I believe it could be a key factor in my earlier insomnia, and this girl wants her sleep.  It is key to my lifestyle anyway.  Speaking of which…RESULTS!

I’m about to get off of here and exercise, but before I do.  I flexed today.  Random right? Who just goes about flexing other than CrossFit junkies {they think they’re so fit..grr}.  But no, I just had this random impulse while sitting in me mum’s passenger seat.  I took my right arm, flexed it, and WHAM-BAM-THANK-YOU-MA’AM, I had a muscle.  I flexed the other one,  not as projected, but we can work on that, and showed me mum.  She said, “How’d you get those?”

I’ll never tell.
