I suppose I shall tell you about my last meal(s).
After I bathed, I had the rest of the veggie potstickers (3), the rest of my mum’s homemade popcorn w/jalapenos, 2 oz. almonds, and some pineapple. This totaled approximately 400 calories. Maybe more..yikes. Too big of a snack.
For supper, around 8:50pm and 9pm, I had steamed green beans, 2 sauteed mushrooms, and a baby russet potato with organic bac/uns bits and chives. Supper was so good. It equaled approximately 200 calories.
Mum got junk food. I succumbed. I had 10 cookies, totaling in 260 calories. But that is okay, because today was just Day 1.
