Yesterday you said tomorrow.

Supper, #2

I ate plenty of almonds today.

Today was a challenge.  Everyday is going to be a challenge.  Today was not as much of a challenge as yesterday, not in the least – thank God.  A commercial I fancy is on right now(:  That was sidenote.  I won’t get into explaining the commercial, I’ll spare ye. Wait! Another sidenote: I just saw Wendy. Like Wendy’s fast food Wendy.  The real person.  I didn’t know the old guy named it after his daughter.  But it makes sense.

Let’s see, you’re waiting to hear what I had for supper, correct?  I shall tell ye. But first I must speak of my snacks.  I had a few of those today.

Snack #1

  • .5 cup raw pineapple
  • 8 – 10 raw almonds

Snack #2

  • Cinnamon Glazed Banana w/oats

    Cinnamon Glazed Banana

  • red grapes, seedless

Snack #3

  • almonds
  • water

Supper consists of:

  • .5 cup brown rice
  • .5 black beans, homemade
  • split pea vegetable soup, homemade
  • kale ‘kelp’ chips
  • water

I think that from now on I’m going to have 2 new posts per day regarding my health journey – one to describe the day’s exercise regimen and the other to include what I ate.  Unless something profound should arise and I feel the need to make another post for the day.  Good night.
