The List, #1

 

This is the list of foods, spices, sauces, etc. that are now accesible via my pantry and refridgerator; these are my options for clean eating:

  • 1 mango
  • 2 and 1/4 banana
  • red grapes, seedless
  • pineapple
  • spinach (amount is fast depleting)
  • lettuce
  • tomatoes
  • tofu
  • onions
  • veggie dumplings (amount is fast depleting)
  • carrots
  • cremini/baby bella mushrooms
  • salsa
  • frozen strawberries
  • rice noodles, vermicelli
  • black beans
  • garbanzo beans
  • split peas
  • broccoli
  • barley
  • almond milk (amount is fast depleting)
  • almonds (amount is fast depleting)
  • raw oats
  • ground flax seed (amount is fast depleting)
  • chia seeds (amount is fast depleting)
  • sesame seeds
  • kale
  • brown rice
  • popcorn kernels
  • miso paste
  • soy sauce
  • brown rice vinegar
  • wheat germ
  • balsaimac vinegar
  • Earth Balance butter (amount is fast depleting)

This is a list of foods, spices, sauces, etc. that I would like to have in my pantry and/or refridgerator:

  • shirataki noodles
  • portabello mushrooms
  • more veggie dumplings
  • spring onions
  • tvp
  • can of plum tomatoes (for chili/soup-making)
  • more almond milk
  • more almonds
  • granola
  • more spinach
  • blueberries
  • sweet potatoes!
  • edamame
  • english muffins and/or french baguette\
  • whole wheat tortilla
  • other nuts
  • avocado
  • more Earth Balance butter
  • tempeh
  • quinoa
  • Mason Jars (yes, I know; not a food item, but something in which I’d like to store my food)

By creating these lists, I just realized that I have a large amount of healthy food accessible to be me.  What a great realization.
